Mr. Ajay S. Shriram was educated at the preeminent Doon School in India and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Sydenham College, Bombay. He has attended various training and management development programs in India and overseas, including the prestigious “Program for Management Development” (PMD) at Harvard Business School in Boston, USA.
An eminent business leader and active philanthropist, he has served as the Past President of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). In addition, he currently serves as the Chairman of the Governing Body of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) and as a Trustee of SOS Children Villages of India.

After undergoing extensive training in diverse functions within the DCM group and serving in several senior leadership roles across different group companies, Mr. Vikram S. Shriram assumed the position of leader at DCM Shriram Ltd. in September 2001.
He possesses a wealth of experience in project management, strategic planning, marketing, and general management. Additionally, he has a natural talent for finance and accounting. He is a skilled administrator who acts as an enabler and motivates his team. He firmly believes that delegating responsibility and maximizing authority results in team development and enrichment.

Mr. Ajit S. Shriram received his primary education at Modern School in Delhi. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Osmania University in Hyderabad, and his MBA from the International Institute of Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland.
As a former President of the Indian Sugar Mills Association (ISMA) and an active member of the CII National Council on Agriculture, he is conscientious and meticulous. He is driven by family values and believes in close ties and teamwork. Despite being the youngest of the brothers, he brings complementary skills and excellent business sense to the team, working alongside Mr. Ajay and Mr. Vikram S. Shriram. Additionally, he enjoys traveling, photography, and theater.

As Executive Director & CEO, Mr. Roshan Tamak leads the Sugar and Ethanol verticals at DCM Shriram Sugar, bringing with him more than three decades of distinguished professional experience.
He has made his mark in the industry through a wide range of assignments, from setting up both green and brown field expansion projects to managing strategic acquisitions and turning around companies and giving them new impetus.
As a true champion of income growth for small and marginal farmers, he has spearheaded significant growth in agricultural productivity through the adoption of better crop management practices. His vast experience in running multi-stakeholder partnerships with multilateral agencies, global FMCG majors, civil society organizations, and development banks adds extra impetus to our sustainability initiatives.
Recognized nationally and globally with many accolades, he actively engages in various industry forums and is widely sought-after as a speaker and advisor.
